This book is a continuation of the previous three: "The World of Energies", "Maturing of Consciousness" and "Healing with Energies", where we have presented an account of the many years of research based, systematically gathered knowledge and experience on the path of understanding and realising the essence and the purpose of the existence of man, as well as a way for realising it, or rather for its actualising.

The book consists of seven chapters:

First chapter talks of the goal of life as being that of awakening the Creator within us and of initiating the processes that enable for this to happen.
Second chapter focuses on individualisation of Consciousness, or rather on maturing of Consciousness through awakening the mind.
Third chapter contains selected meditations, which are split into three groups: technique of lowering the brain wave frequencies, technique of directed attention and the systematic lowering of the brain waves.
Fourth chapter is concerned with the self-initiation through non-mind based experience of infinity which continues to resist the ease of its description.
Fifth chapter points out the possibilities of energetic programming and its potential for initiating a beneficial combining of meditative processes with daily life activities through - creating the special energetic structures, programming within Higher Energetic Structures and instigating the "process within the process" within Higher Forms of Consciousness.
Sixth chapter speaks of the Power places, their role and significance, as well as the communication with Mature Consciousnesses on such places.
