The mission and role of a leader is to awaken others by their sheer existence and activity. In the business world, being a leader is not simply a job, although it is realised through it. The leader is “above that” – he/she creates the job.

The basic way of acting for a leader is through stimulating awareness of others that is – through a resonant development of awareness, so that through leader’s own self-realisation others too become realised and become themselves leaders.

A constant development of awareness through a certain work on oneself is a condition essential for every leader, but the starting point is an understanding of leadership as an instrument for self-realisation and of creative empathy as the basic relationship towards oneself and others.
